mother and daughter team is a powerful collaboration of

experience and energy. They strive to exceed the unique

objectives and expectations of every managed event.

Nancy Lawson has thirty years of management and

business experience and takes pride in her inherent

leadership ability and strong organizational skills. She has

an educational background in accounting, finance and real

estate management. Her entrepreneurial spirit and diverse

working knowledge have taken her from Miami to Moscow

for corporate event planning and management. She enjoys

volunteering to encourage reading to elementary children

and providing valuable business help to new entrepreneurs.

Nancy’s strong project driven ability and comprehensive

business expertise are invaluable to the Plan Ahead Events

team.

Sarah Smith is an energetic people person with a natural

talent for creativity and attention to detail. She has a Bachelor

of Science degree in Hospitality, Recreation and Resort

Management from the University of West Florida. Her

valuable work experience as a Retail Guest Service Manager

for the Walt Disney World Company includes the participation

in numerous team building activities, leadership conferences,

continuing education in superior customer service, facilitating

vendor special events and assisting in exclusive product

launches. She also contributed time to the United Way, Toys

for Tots and Junior Achievement and was an award winner for

Store of the Year and was recognized for driving revenue well

beyond the year’s budget.

Together, Nancy and Sarah strive to exceed the unique

objectives and expectations of every managed event.
